My mission is to embed design capability within the world’s leading organisations — enabling them to innovate with purpose and respond boldly to the challenges of our time.
I believe that design, applied at scale, has the power to accelerate meaningful change — across industries, cultures, and society itself.
I work at the intersection of design, innovation, and behavioural science, helping organisations build creative confidence and the systems to support it. Since 2015, I’ve been based in Switzerland, collaborating with global pharma and life sciences companies to introduce new ways of thinking — grounded in curiosity, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
My work has focused on brand transformation, cultural change, and design-led innovation. I’ve helped organisations establish user experience capability, design delivery frameworks, and training programmes that embed design thinking into everyday practice. This has included the creation of playbooks, champion networks, and large-scale innovation events to build lasting engagement.
In 2021, my team and I concepted and launched a virtual town — a global employee experience and user research platform serving over 160,000 people worldwide. It was built to bring teams together, amplify learning, and make creativity accessible to all.
